The Division for Management is part of the United Nations Office at Vienna (UNOV) and the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC). It provides comprehensive administrative support to United Nations Secretariat entities located at the Vienna International Centre (VIC).
The Division plays a crucial role in managing administrative operations, addressing management issues, and coordinating with host country authorities and partner organizations at the VIC. It liaises with other VIC entities, such as the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) and the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty Organization (CTBTO). It also coordinates with United Nations Headquarters and governing bodies to ensure effective management and policy alignment.
The Division for Management is comprised of the Office of the Director, Financial Resources Management Service, General Support Section, Human Resources Management Service, Information Technology Service and Security and Safety Service.
